Responsibilities:
- To develop and build sales efforts that will produce maximum market penetration
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, complaints, and providing accurate information.
- To assist CRM Unit in projects associated with overall business development plans and execution.
- To develop, grow and retain a portfolio of clients ensuring a strong professional relationship with them.
- Build and manage all sales activities.
- Expand business opportunities to achieve identified goals and targets in order to maximize revenue generating opportunities .
- Manage negotiations and provide solutions to customers.
- Focus on expanding conversion/reactivation.
- Achieve campaigns targets, KPI’s as well as other projections
- Identify early alerts and manage risks for the customers in pro-active approach.
- Build and follow up campaigns ( regarding new players, churn players ,retention.
- Capture Key customers feedback on needs, interest ,problems and maintain positive relationship.
- To gather feedback from them so we can improve our site in order to be more competitive.
- Daily monitoring of the competitive companies in the Greek market and their offers as well.
- Convert into sales.
Person Specifications:
- Experienced in managing customer relationships.
- Phone sales experience and business development skills.
- Customer Centric Orientation.
- Previous gaming industry experience will be an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent/native knowledge of Greek language.
