Role:

The VIP Coordinator will assist the VIP Manager in identifying and nurturing potential VIP customers, focusing on developing relationships with new and high-potential players. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in customer relationship management within the gaming industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the VIP Manager in identifying and segmenting potential VIP players based on activity and behaviour.
  • Assist in the implementation of targeted campaigns and promotions aimed at attracting and engaging new high-value players.
  • Build initial relationships with potential VIPs through proactive and personalized communication.
  • Track and monitor player activities to ensure timely follow-ups and personalized interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing and CRM, to execute tailored initiatives for potential VIPs.
  • Assist in onboarding new VIPs, ensuring they feel valued and supported from the outset.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in VIP development and customer engagement.

Person Specifications:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or account management, ideally in the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Native Italian speaking, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Analytical skills and familiarity with customer segmentation.
  • Highly organized with excellent prioritization skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a capacity to handle challenges and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or similar platforms is a plus.
