PA to CEO

The Company was established in 2006, based in the Waterloo/Southwark area with circa 200 employees working for us in London, and an additional 450 employees working globally as part of the group.

We have a very multicultural team here at GIMO with employees specialising in all aspects of Digital Marketing including Affiliation Marketing, Development, Web Design, Content, Analysis, Software Development and Customer Service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO and his family, (wife and 3 children) and extended family when required.
  • Administrative responsibilities: answering correspondence, filing documents, preparing domestic contracts, memorandums, managing school correspondence of children and medical appointments for the CEO and family.
  • Dealing with the CEOs personal tax return – collating information for the accountant.
  • Monthly reconciliation for properties and personal bank accounts
  • Travel/logistics, hotel bookings for the CEO and the family, liaise with the family travel agent, booking VIP meet and greet.
  • Management of art database/spreadsheet
  • Liaising with the family house staff and driver • Book couriers/arrange shipments via FedEx.
  • Anticipate needs, proactive and forward thinking.

Person Specification:

  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient in Excel and basic bookkeeping and a good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Sage Line 50 and Outlook is essential.
  • Must be available to contact outside of business hours to take care of various business and/or personal items for the CEO.
  • French speaking will be preferred.
  • Must be always patient, friendly, approachable and professional.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized, disciplined and good time management skills
  • Able to work on own initiative and can be relied on to work unsupervised.
  • Must work well under pressure.
  • Able to act with discretion and deal with matters of a confidential nature with clients and managers.
  • Calm and confident manner and with great diligence
