We provide a private health insurance to all our people, so they have flexibility with where and when they are treated. It also helps in avoiding long waits for appointment and hospital treatment.

Seeing a doctor is convenient and confidential with virtual visits. Health insurance plan participants can visit the member’s site to schedule a virtual visit. A wide range of treatments and therapies can be provided. Many providers can also prescribe some medications and have them sent to your local pharmacy.

We provide eyecare vouchers a way of helping our people get the eyecare they need quickly and conveniently.

We recognise our people’s significant milestones and celebrate their incredible dedication and loyalty by rewarding a financial long service bonus along with a certificate and gift. Our milestone awards apply to people who have gained up to 3, 5, 7, 10, 15 and 20 years of service with GIMO.

We provide a discretionary annual bonus to our people as a reward for their hard work and achievements throughout the year.

People can earn monetary awards for referring someone who is hired by GIMO and successfully passes probation as a new employee.
